Drop Ship

One Scent offers drop shipping services from its Sydney distribution centre. Clients who use our drop shipping services are able to take advantage of our services to minimize shipping costs while delivering products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Our drop shipping services are unique in the industry. We carry 1000s products in our warehouse that you are able to offer to your customers without having the burden of having to carry or manage inventory. Regardless of which drop ship program you choose, all you have to do is send us a file of the orders you want drop shipped and we will fulfill these orders for you each day.

Our drop ship program also allows individuals and smaller businesses to compete against larger companies. One of the major barriers to entry for many small businesses is the ability to offer enough products, stock enough inventory and fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner. Our broad product offering will also give you the ability to create many niche marketing channels which can be a very effective and lucrative way to market online.

Your company will also receive custom branding; our drop ship program is a blind drop shipping program meaning that we create a custom shipping label for all of your orders that is branded with your company information. The customer will think that the package came directly from you.

Pricing:

Our drop ship process is a streamlined transparent service which allows you to market your business while we act as a third party logistics agent for warehousing and customer fulfillment.

The pricing structure is as follows:
1. $220 establishment fee;
2. A $500 holding bond;
3. Standard pricing with no discount structure in place;
4. All items are sent registered Eparcel post with $100 insurance per consignment;
5. Larger consignments are priced on a case by case basis;
6. All prices are inclusive of GST and are valid for domestic deliveries within Australia;
7. Data file (download template) must be received by 10am daily for same day service;
8. No minimum consignments for any given day required;

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro- Up to 2-working days
Adelaide Metro- Up to 3- working days
Perth, Darwin Metro- Up to 5- working days

Web Solutions

Let us design and implement a fully functional perfume website for you. You may choose a simple information site or a fully functional ecommerce site. When linked to our drop shipping service, we can maintain your site, add new products and manage out of stock items leaving you to focus on your existing business. Our web development team can assist you in all aspect of getting your perfume web store up and running including registration and real time credit card processing.

Here are some sites we have built and maintained.


We will adjust the product availability on the site as products become in and out of stock. You will have the ability to set the pricing on the site, when we first build the site we will send you a spreadsheet with all our products and the cost prices, you will simply fill this out and send it back to us and we will update the pricing for you. As new products are added to the site you will receive an email letting you know which products have been added and then you will go to the administration section of your website and change the price to what you would like to sell them for.

At any time you have the ability to change any prices at anytime through the administration section.

The customer payments will go directly to you. We will be able to assist you in setting up a credit card facility with a bank or merchant (paypal etc). You can also offer customers to pay by money order or bank deposit.

Your role in the site will be advertising to bring customers to the site and after sales service. Our role would be site maintenance, product delivery and informing you and the customer of when the product is delivered and the tracking number.

Product Images

One Scent provides to all customers a database of professionally taken images for $300 plus GST. These images have been taken over a period of 5-years by a professional photographer. They have then been adjusted for light and contrast by a graphic designer. There are over 1,200 images in small, medium and large sizes and are available to all One Scent customers for a fraction of the cost. They are sorted by product code and are available on a CD with two free updates included in the price. Any update after this is charged at $50 plus GST.
